summer camp

Located on the beautiful North Shore of Oahu, Camp Mokule'ia began providing children and youth with summer camp experiences in 1947. Experiencing the beauty of God's creation and living in a genuine Christian community provide opportunities for spiritual transformation with the support of our caring counselors and staff. Camp Mokuleʻia is a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Hawaii, however, campers of all or no faith backgrounds are welcome!

While attending one of our residential camps, campers have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with peers, gain confidence from trying new things, and learn more about themselves and the world around them. Campers will be able to participate in age appropriate activities such as swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, arts & crafts, group games, team building, high ropes challenge course, and hiking.

Adventure CAMP PROGRAMS

Camp Mokule`ia’s 2023 Adventure Camp is a place for your camper to grow! Campers will grow their appreciation for God’s creation, learn how to care for it, and build meaningful connections with peers! They will gain confidence in trying new things while exploring and learning about the outdoors through games, kayaking, hiking, surfing, and more! Campers of all (or no) faith backgrounds are welcome!

Our wonderful camp staff will teach the campers how to cook, eat, sleep, and play outside for the whole week! Hosted at our new Adventure Camp base (located on our camp property), campers will sleep in tents, cook over camp stoves or the open fire, and take daily adventure field trips. Our knowledgeable counselors are experienced and well trained in the field trip activities. Safety is our top priority. The Adventure Camp Director, Counselors (4) and Campers (up to 14) will all be transported in the camp’s 15 person passenger van and camp car to and from each field trip.
