2025 Families Can Survive Weekend

November 14-16, 2025

Our theme for this year is Ohana Strong -  “strengthening the family through fun, play, and self-care.”

This weekend is all about strengthening and connecting your Ohana through play and fun! When going through a diagnosis, treatment, and the recovery and remission process, it is often hard to make authentic connections with one another. Whether you have little ones or pre-teens, family bonding is important to create a strong family foundation. Play allows families time to talk, laugh and lighten up. Family memories are built, inside jokes are shared, and serious moments of intimacy are communicated. We have crafted moments for you to connect with your family, other families and survivors through play to strengthen your Ohana. Come with an open mind, ready to smile and laugh together as we show you easy ways to play with your family and strengthen your bond. We hope these moments help to build/spark new relationships within this community so that we can all become stronger together. Don't miss the fun for the whole family! Activities will include, kayaking, zip-lining, family games and team building, arts and crafts, campfire, and more!
